Sign up at stakdapp.com with email and password, Google or Apple. Then pick a plan: Starter, Plus, Founding Member, Professional or Studio. Starter, Plus and Professional come with a 14-day free trial of Professional features; Studio has its own 14-day trial.
The 14-day free trial gives you full Professional access and limits: CreatorSync analytics, Brand Outreach Central, the AI Assistant, tax tools, revenue forecasting, unlimited contacts and 25 AI contract scans. It's included automatically, with no card, when you pick Starter, Plus or Professional. Studio has its own 14-day Studio trial that starts at checkout with a card and is charged when it ends unless you cancel. Founding Member has no trial and is billed immediately. Each person gets one free trial; if you've had yours, a paid plan is billed when you subscribe.
Starter (free) for basic tracking and invoicing. Plus ($29/mo) adds bank sync, receipt scanning, platform analytics and the AI Assistant (10/day). Professional ($59/mo) adds the full brand outreach suite, media kits, tax documents, mileage tracking and higher limits. Studio ($129/mo) adds up to 5 profiles for multiple brands or channels.
All Professional features at $399/year, locked for as long as your subscription stays active. That's $189 less than annual Professional ($588/year), or $309 less than a year of Professional monthly. Only 100 spots. Founding Member has no trial and is billed immediately.
Yes. Upgrade anytime (takes effect immediately) or downgrade (takes effect at end of current billing period). Manage everything from your Account page.
STAKD runs in your browser at stakdapp.com. Native iOS and Android apps are also available for mobile features like GPS mileage tracking, biometric login, and camera receipt scanning.
On our website, billing goes through Stripe. In the iOS app, subscriptions are sold through Apple and charged to your Apple ID. Pay monthly or annually (annual saves ~17%). You're charged at the start of each billing period. Paid plans on the website need a US billing address.
On the website, major credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), with a US billing address. In the iOS app, whatever payment method is on your Apple ID.
If you subscribed on the website, go to Account → Billing and click "Manage Subscription" to open Stripe's billing portal, where you can update your card, switch plans, view invoices or cancel. If you subscribed in the iOS app, manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
If you started a trial with Starter, Plus or Professional (no card), your account moves to Starter and your data stays. Subscribe any time to get paid features back. If you started a Studio trial at checkout, your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Your $399/year rate never increases while your membership stays active. The only way to lose the lock is to cancel. If you rejoin later, the Founding Member tier may no longer be available.
Yes. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time: website subscriptions from the Stripe billing portal (Account → Billing), Apple subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
We don't refund partial billing periods, but you won't be charged again after canceling, and access continues to the end of your current period. Apple in-app purchases are refunded by Apple, not STAKD: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong with a website charge, email support@stakdapp.com.
Not yet. STAKD is built for US creators: paid plans need a US billing address, bank sync works with US banks, and the tax tools follow IRS rules. If you check out with a non-US billing address, we cancel the subscription and refund you. The iOS app is available in the US App Store only.
Open Income from the sidebar, tap "Add Income," choose a source (YouTube, TikTok, Partnerships, Merch, or create a custom source), enter the amount and date, and save. Filter by date range and export to CSV anytime.
Bank sync uses Plaid, the same infrastructure behind Venmo and Robinhood. Connect your bank and transactions flow in automatically. Review, categorize, and you're done — no more manual entry. Available on Plus and above.
Yes. Plaid is a regulated financial data provider. STAKD never sees or stores your bank login credentials. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Go to Invoices, click "Create Invoice," fill in client details and line items. Upload your logo, set payment terms (Net 15/30/60), and send directly via Gmail or download as PDF.
On Plus and above, photograph a receipt (mobile) or upload an image. AI extracts vendor, amount, date, and category. Review, confirm, and the expense is logged with the receipt attached.
A real-time snapshot of income minus expenses. Filter by MTD, QTD, or YTD, see breakdowns by category, compare to previous periods, and export for your accountant.
Yes. Mark any expense as recurring and set the frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually). STAKD tracks them automatically.
A three-tool suite for landing brand partnerships: Partner Finder (find brands and their marketing contacts), PricePoint (calculate your rates) and Perfect Pitch (media kits and AI-drafted pitches). Plus includes Partner Finder (25 lookups/month) and the rate calculator with manual entry. Professional and above include the full suite.
Enter a brand's website domain and Partner Finder searches for marketing contacts using email discovery. It verifies email deliverability, tracks outreach status, and manages follow-ups from first contact to active partnership.
A data-backed rate calculator. Enter your platform, followers, engagement rate, niche, and deliverable type — PricePoint calculates what you should charge using industry benchmarks. Connected platforms auto-populate your stats.
Open Perfect Pitch, choose from 6 premium templates, fill in your profile and analytics (auto-synced from CreatorSync), and publish. You get a shareable public link that brands can view without a STAKD account. Anyone with the link can see the kit, including your analytics, so share it only with brands you're pitching. You can unpublish it any time.
It drafts them. Choose a tone (Professional, Friendly, Bold, Casual, Inspiring), and AI generates a personalized pitch based on your stats and the target brand. You review, edit, and send. Smart first draft, not a replacement for your voice.
Yes. Calculate rates in PricePoint, save them, then import your rate card directly into your Perfect Pitch media kit with one click.
STAKD's unified analytics dashboard. Connect your social accounts via OAuth and see all your metrics — followers, engagement, views, growth trends — in one place. No more logging into 5 platforms.
YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitch (beta). Each pulls that platform's metrics, such as subscribers, engagement, views and stream stats. Facebook needs a Facebook Page you manage, and Instagram needs a Creator or Business account linked to that Page.
Yes. We use OAuth — the same standard used by every major app. STAKD never sees your social media passwords. You grant read-only analytics access and can revoke it anytime.
A dollar figure representing the media value your content generates, using industry benchmarks per platform. Useful for brand negotiations — show brands ROI, not just follower counts.
Data syncs each time you visit the Analytics page or click Sync All. Choose the last 30, 60, or 90 days at the top of CreatorSync. TikTok and Twitch don't report views by date, so their numbers cover content posted in that period.
Make sure you're signing in with the right account. Facebook: Meta only provides analytics for Facebook Pages, not personal profiles, so you need a Page you manage. Instagram: switch to a Creator or Business account and link it to your Facebook Page. If your Page is owned through a Meta Business portfolio and doesn't appear, connecting those Pages is waiting on Meta's approval; connect a Page you manage directly for now. Professional tier includes: GPS mileage tracking, quarterly estimated tax calculator, W-9 generation, and 1099 contractor tracking that flags contractors who reach the IRS 1099-NEC threshold for the tax year ($2,000 for payments made in 2026).
Log trips manually, or use GPS tracking in the mobile app. Tap Start Trip, drive, and tap End Trip. While a trip is running, STAKD keeps recording your route even if the app is in the background or your screen is off, and your phone shows that location is in use. STAKD never tracks your location outside a trip you started. Mileage is calculated at the current IRS standard rate.
Enter your filing status and income/expense data (auto-pulled from your STAKD records). The calculator estimates your quarterly payment based on current tax brackets and self-employment tax.
No. STAKD is a tracking and preparation tool. It organizes your income, expenses, mileage, and contractor payments so your accountant can file accurately. Export your data at tax time.
Under IRS rules, businesses generally report payments of $2,000 or more to a contractor on Form 1099-NEC for payments made in 2026 and later ($600 for payments made through 2025). STAKD totals what you've paid each contractor for the tax year you pick, flags anyone who reaches that year's threshold, and tracks which contractors have a W-9 on file. It's general information, not tax advice.
Yes. Income, expenses, mileage logs, and P&L reports all export as CSV. Hand them off and save hours on tax prep.
Help Chat (all plans), the AI Assistant (Plus and above), AI contract scanning (Plus and above), AI receipt reading for uploads (Plus and above), and AI brand research, outreach drafts and media kits (Professional and above). All are powered by Anthropic's Claude.
Answer questions about your own records (contacts, income, expenses, invoices and contracts), for example "what did I earn from brand deals last quarter?", and add contacts, income or expenses for you after you confirm. Outreach drafts and media kits have their own AI tools in Brand Outreach.
Upload a contract PDF and AI extracts payment amounts, deliverable deadlines, usage rights, exclusivity clauses, and payment terms. Catches unfavorable terms before you sign.
Yes. Help Chat: 50 a day on every plan. AI Assistant: Plus 10 a day; Professional, Founding Member and Studio 50 a day. AI contract scans: Plus 5 a month, Professional and Founding Member 25, Studio 30. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC; monthly limits reset on the 1st.
No. STAKD doesn't use your data to train AI models. AI features send only what they need to our AI provider, Anthropic, through its business API. Our AI providers process this data only to provide the feature.

Yes. On the iOS and Android apps, enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint unlock for faster access after your initial Google login.
Profiles let you manage separate business identities under one account. Each has its own income, expenses, bank connections, social accounts, and contacts. Studio plan includes up to 5.
Yes. Go to Account → Profile → Delete Account. Everything is deleted immediately: your records, files, bank links and platform connections. It can't be undone, so export anything you need for taxes first. If you subscribed through Apple, cancel in your iPhone's Settings first. You can also email support@stakdapp.com.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on Google Cloud. Bank connections go through Plaid's regulated security. Social connections use OAuth — we never handle your platform passwords.
Primarily on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Some of our service providers process data outside the US (for example, our email provider Brevo in the EU).
